At Remedy Restorative Wellness, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because of this, we require advance notice for any changes or cancellations. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Arriving 10 minutes late or more will result in the appointment being rescheduled and may be treated as a same-day cancellation, with the full service fee applied. This policy allows us to respect the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session and ensures availability for other clients seeking care. We understand that emergencies happen.
